The Titan Cream Machine

The Titan is a four in one machine which cooks and pasteurizes pastry cream, pasteurizes ice cream mix, stores ice cream mix, and freezes ice cream mix.

The Titan is a reliable gelato machine suitable for small restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, delicatessens, hotels, or any other place where a gelato machine is needed. It has stainless steel bodywork, (aisi 304). Polyurethane insulation helps maintain temperature. It features air or water cooling, and ecological cooling gas.

Electronic control of the pasteurization cycle which, in case of black-out, automatically re-starts the interrupted cycle, or repeats if it does not enter within the safety threshold.
Visual and audio alarm and advancement of the cycle signals. Automatic maturation with stirrer in continuous or alternate service (+4 deg C).
Ready for connection to an external printer for certifying the attainment of pasteurization.
Keyboard with 12V feed for selecting the programmes Low-Medium-High pasteurization, cream heating, stirring, personalized programmes.

Long duration stirrer with rasp blade in polyethylene.
Micro-magnet for stopping the stirrer when the cover is opened.
Automatic extraction of the ice cream.
