... gelato is ice cream with a romance! Well, not exactly though. Hagen-daaz would not have been given a chance in Italy, let alone succeed with 25% butterfat in it. You should indulge in gelato, not pig out and feel guilty for days for the fat you have ingested. Gelato is 8% fat and actually I love it made with whole milk (3%). There is no need to eat yogurt (you hate) when you can have gelato (you love), just because the fat difference. Gelato lets you taste the fruit, not the fat, after taste left in your mouth, the real taste of fruit. I love to make it fun! All the way to make (simple piece of cake!), to display, to sell, to make lots of money with it! My simple plans will guarantee that!
