Double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable moulds for the production of ravioli stuffed with meat, cheese and vegetables into various shape as squares, rounds, half-moons, triangles, fish, mushrooms, etc.
Features include cylinders 55 mm in diameter to regulate the thickness of pasta sheets assembled on bearings, ability to adjust stuffing quantity while the machine is running, easy-change moulds, and conveyor belt for transport of the finished product.
Feeding the machine with the sheeted pasta can be accomplished by coupling the Reale ravioli machine to the PALUDE or PIDUE.
