Supplying the machine with filling is a continuous operation and easy to adjust, as is the thickness of the dough.
Filling proportioning is precise and constant for each ravioli, thus enabling the edges to be perfectly sealed.
Feeding the machine with the sheeted pasta can be automatic, by coupling the Favola ravioli making machine to a Marena and Contea press, or by combining the Favola ravioli making machine to the automatic Cylinder PIDUE or with an ordinary roll of pasta dough placed on the machine.
