PASTA SHEET CUTTING SET for connection to the PASTA ROLLING DRUM for the production of tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle and long pasta strips of various sizes (standard width: 2 - 6 and 12 mm.) and special cuts jagged-edge (8 - 12 - 18 - 24 mm.). Special sizes (0,9 - 1,5 – 4 – 8 - 24 mm.) available on request.

The connection to the machine is simple and convenient.
This set can also be used on other machines in our range.
