Ingredients:
1 slice country bread, about 1/2 inch thick, Mascarpone, Small
handful ripe raspberries, and Fragrant honey, such as lavender or
orange blossom, at room temperature.Mascarpone is a fresh, fluffy white cheese made from sweet cream, often served as a dessert with fruit. In this luscious topping, mascarpone is sprinkled with red and golden raspberries, then drizzled with threads of honey. The bruschetta is at its very best when eaten while the bread is still warm, which lightly melts the mascarpone and honey.
Lightly grill or toast the bread. Spread with mascarpone. Top with the raspberries and drizzle a little honey over the top.
Make 1 bruschetta.
