i have enjoyed looking at your website. i am considering beginning a gelato company and would like to know how much some of your machines cost (merc, mars, venus, titan). i am also looking at used batch freezers (carpigiani, emery-thompson). also, i would be interested in learning approximate pricing for your mixes so i can put together a reasonably accurate business plan. thank you in advance for your reply.
