I am currently working on my Freshman Business project. Along with three of my fellow classmates, I am attempting to develop a local cyber cafe to be placed near DeVry. One minor setback... I know nothing of the coffee business. I originally got the idea from a business project from last semester. The problem I had was they showed no customer service. As I observed in your opening note, customer service is your golden quality. I want this project to show a business can give great customer service and still bring in a high volume of profit. I guess what I am saying is I could use some help from a person who knows the business and presents it in the same way I would like to. I understand you must be a very busy man, but If you have a chance to respond and maybe give me a few tips or even a push in the right direction, it would help me emmensly. Thank you for your time.
