I want to thank you for the effort you and your company put forth to help me solve my Conti Bar problem. My expresso machine has been happily cranking out expressos and cappuccinos starting the day I received the copper pipe. I should tell you that it turns out the technician put the copper pipe in backwards. When I received your shipment the machine was still leaking / spraying. My husband got a magnifying glass and carefully examined the threads on the pipe, noticed a very slight difference and decided to put it in the opposite direction and low and behold, it worked. So, if you haven't thrown away my original pipe, you may want to keep it because I have a feeling it will work on another machine. If I have need of supplies or a new machine I will definitely buy from your company! Your customer service is great! As promised I received the shipment the very next day.
