I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with my recent purchase of an espresso machine from you. The machine seems to be superbly built and a joy to operate. I want to thank you for your help in selecting this machine. As I told you, I bought this machine to enhance our coffee hour at church. It been a big hit and people line up for an espresso. It has been so popular, I am unable to keep up with demand.

I also want to tell you how nice it was working with someone who is up front and honest and for the extras you included in the order. Please add my name to your list of extremely satisfied customers. I'll try to get a photo of me and the machine as a new friend of SRE!
