Hello! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading through your website - and I am looking at; your Rancilio S27.

I understand the the item is used, but after reading your website, it looks like you are a serious refurbisher - has this unit been looked over and refreshed? Is it in good working order? Which accessories does it come with? What is the overall condition?

If I am unable to buy this one, do you have any additional units?

Also, what do you charge for shipping to 94025? I assume it will be pallatized? I have heard many horror stories about getting the machine trashed by UPS - so I am very concerned about safe shipping.
