Mix the content of the bag into 2.4 liters of whole milk and .6 liters of whipping cream. If you choose to use a lighter product, substitute the cream with whole milk; so instead of 2.4 liters of whole milk, use 3 liters of whole milk.  All mixes should be refrigerated over night before use.
