For Ice-Cream:
1 Bag + 3 litre of Milk/ or 2,3 litre of milk +0.7 litre
of fresh cream (for a 8% fat ice-cream).
Leave it to settle for 30 minutes, then pour it in blast-chiller

it well
All mixes should be refrigerated over night before
use.
