To get an 8% butter fat base, mix 2.3 liters of whole milk with 0.72 liters of
whipping cream.  If you instead want a 6.5% butter fat base, use 2.5 liters of whole
milk and 0.5 liters of whipping cream. 


All mixes should be refrigerated over night before use.
