"GooEnough"

"Good enough." It's become a much too frequent catch phrase and concept in our society designating "okay" as somehow acceptable. And while certainly there may be instances were "good enough" really is, where customer service is concerned "good enough" simply is not. The truth is that exceptional customer service means dedicating each and every aspect of your organization toward embracing a passion and excellence in everything it does. For those who truly understand customer service, good enough is, in fact, bad.
