I was looking at your Web Sites and would like to tell you that it is
very comprehensive and very well done.

I am looking into opening an Italian Cafe' and I am interested in
producing a small quantity of Gelato (approx. 10 flavors). I was
browsing through the different types of Gelato makers you currently
have for sale and would like to know if you could recommend me one that
would meet my needs. Also could you give me a price as to how much it
might cost me?
