This machine has been designed for the production of a great variety of extruded pasta, in all typical shapes: spaghetti, fettuccine, fusilli, conchiglie, maccheroni, etc. The machine is entirely made of stainless steel. Over 60 dies are available. It is the ideal machine for the production of special, integral and dietetic pasta. Provided with two hoppers, for continuous and fast operation. The kneading tank is provided with extractable shaft for a better and easier cleaning. Solid construction design. Heavy duty standards.
