We got up early and found the boat sailing through a slush green forest almost touching the side of the boat. The water was still like glass. I went up and sat to admire this beauty. We reached a village after lunch called Serro where there were a few homes and lots of kids. We took a hike through the woods.  We saw lots of vegetation but hardly any animals. When we came back I sat with a bunch of kids and took some pictures after that we all jumped in the water for a very cool swim with the piranhas. We again had a night hike through the woods but Joanne and I again did not participate and this would have been really exciting because Daniela got almost shocked by an electric eel. Our animal catcher got a tarantula and a snake. So far in regard to meals we have to admit that we had the royal treatment. The choices were beef, fish, or chicken.
