The Baby Amica is a pod machine (pod is a prepackaged quantity of espresso that comes vacuum packed individually) so it offers the cleanest operation without the need for a grinder, a filter basket handle, a dump box, etc. This machine is quite unique when compared with any of its peers.  It does not use a boiler for either heating the water or creating steam, but rather it uses a heat block.  This will give the machine an advantage that no other machine has, i.e. the ability to be ready for operation in less than two minutes, to offer unlimited supply of steam, and all of this in a very compact way considering the size of the machine being so small. This machine is so intelligent that even it senses when there is coffee or not so as to let the water out or not.  This machine would be more than sufficient for a small restaurant as well as a professional office, a beauty saloon, or a similar operation that needs, more or less, 50 cups per day.
