Cappuccino Espresso Mocha Latte Machine "Duetto"

NEW MACHINE

This machine represents the best of both worlds. One half of it is a totally automatic unit that grinds, packs, and brews the espresso. The other half is a semi-automatic one-group that you operate by using the single or double handle and it even uses a different boiler. This machine is so unique that it's the closest thing to having two machines.

Giuseppe would like to explain more to you if you'll give him a call at 817-652-6826.

Below is the explanation on how this machine works

This is the main switch of the machine that you turn on to number 1 for service and 2 for the complete operation.
I would like to explain in the simplest way how this machine is unique in many ways and how it works. Here on the left you find a selector switch, you can brew automatically one or two shots depending on the demand by turning the switch up toward the one cup sign or down toward the double. At this point you depress for a second the black switch that will start the cycle and will automatically stop when the shots are made. This process should take 20 seconds .
You will place either one or two cups below this dispensing device depending on the selection you made single or double
By depressing for a second the black switch you will activate the process of grinding the beans and filling the container shown on the left. The machine will then press the ground coffee and start the 20 seconds brewing process .
This is a bean holder that sits on top of the automatic brewing head.
This machine will at the end of brewing dump the grind into this receptacle that you will empty periodically.
This is another view of the automatic brewing chamber.
This is the steamer that you use to froth the milk for Cappuccinos or Lattes and is controlled by a knob that you turn it on towards the right and off towards the left

.

. This is the hot water valve that dispenses water for Americanos and for other needs that require hot water
This is the boiler of the machine, the main purpose of it being the supply of steam and hot water. And also the heating of the heat exchanger for the manual group below.
This is the manual group that comprises the seond part of this machine, the Semi Automatic part to be exact. In essence, while the machine is brewing 2 shots for you autimatically, you could be brewing one or two manually on this brew head. You also use this part to brew decaffeniated shots of espresso. To use this part, you turn on the black switch above the group and you turn it off when the desired amount is dispensed.
This is the activator switch for the manual group.

This is the water into the machine. It is where you connect the waterline.
This is the drain.
