This bar will allow, besides the espresso/cappuccino main focus, the production of granita, gelato, smoothies, panini, etc. The original cost of this project was $250,000.00 including equipment. The sudden loss of lease prompted its removal from the center point of one of the busiest malls in the Dallas/Ft Worth (Texas) metroplex.
